TWRA meet once a month on the SECOND MONDAY of every month. The TWRA Committee members meet from 7:30-9pm. We do not meet during August, unless considered necessary. You are always welcome to contact the TWRA at anytime to raise any issues or alert us to any concerns you may have.
Open Forum
All are welcome to attend the TWRA monthly meetings, where you can subscribe as a member if you have not already done so.
We have an Open Forum where members can attend. If you have a specific issue you would like to raise, please Contact Us ideally one week prior to the meeting to let us know your issue and therefore allowing us time to investigate before attending the meeting.The Open Forum is between 7:30-8pm.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The dates of our AGM's are published in advance to our members. We will also publish the AGM dates on this website. The TWRA hold their AGM meetings in the Rutherwyke Room (Behind St. Mary's Church, Thorpe), unless notified otherwise.
